Bluebird Real Estate approached Blaze prior to opening for business for help launching their brand and positioning themselves as a leader in a robust resort market with established competitors.
Blaze has provided strategic annual marketing plans and calendars, negotiated media buys, and facilitated several sponsorships with key community nonprofit organizations allowing Bluebird to give back and build goodwill, while promoting the brand to their target market.
In 2021, Bluebird engaged Blaze for marketing and PR to promote the expansion of their Crested Butte brokerage to Gunnison, Colorado. Bluebird has a new Gunnison office, has added new agents and has expanded marketing and sponsorships customized to a new demographic.
