Who We Are

Blaze’s co-founders and managing partners are Susan Gellert and Kim Carroll Bosler. They created Blaze in 2016, after knowing each other and working together for many years. Small by design, the Blaze difference is personal attention, an eye on detail, nimble response and an ability to communicate with a target audience in meaningful ways that inspire lasting results.

Susan is a marketing professional with nearly three decades of experience and a proven track record in taking start-up and underdeveloped businesses into profitable growth. She has a unique blend of skills encompassing creative thinking, financial management, strategic planning and implementation. Her experience spans consumer products, hospitality, specialty foods, real estate, recreation and nonprofits.
